How to Use:

Pour a small amount of the PDRN Rejuvenating Toner onto a cotton pad or directly into your hands. If using a cotton pad, gently swipe it across your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. If applying with your hands, pat the toner into your skin for better absorption.
